Practical Experience│Proven impact

As CEO of Breast Cancer Care WA, Zoe oversaw a significant growth program that more than doubled the organisation’s revenue and support services reach during her eight-year tenure. Leading a team of 30 to support over 1,400 WA individuals and families each year, Zoe successfully introduced several revenue growth initiatives and broadened and developed new Support Services programs. She also steered Breast Cancer Care WA through the COVID-19 crisis, dealing with the implications through the lenses of both community health services management and financial uncertainty.

At Starlight Children’s Foundation, Zoe was the national Head of Fundraising, responsible for leading and developing the national fundraising team of 40+ employees to deliver $30m annual income. She was responsible for all revenue streams including corporate and community partnerships, individual giving and direct marketing, events, philanthropy and bequests. Zoe was also a member of the five-person Executive Team, contributing to organisational direction including people strategy, budget control and strategic planning.

As both a coach and a leader, Zoe is passionate about supporting people to recognise and play to their strengths, enabling them to flourish both in their individual roles and within their team/organisation.
