INDIVIDUAL COACHING
Executive coaching is a professional development process designed to help individuals enhance skills, performance, and overall effectiveness. Coaching can facilitate both personal and professional growth, and provide the support and development that will help achieve organizational objectives.
The process involves a series of confidential conversations, during which we partner to set goals, and I will bring various tools and perspectives whilst providing insight, support, guidance, and feedback.

TEAM/GROUP COACHING
Team coaching is a collaboration with an entire leadership (or other) team to improve overall dynamics, communication, collaboration and performance. It can be especially beneficial to generate alignment when it comes to collective and organisational goals, and also to increase awareness of what strengths each individual brings to the team, and how to bring out the best of each individual in the context of the team dynamic.
